Featured speaker Joel R. Kallman has accepted invitation on 5th of October in Riga, Latvia

The seminar will be organized In Riga by the Latvian Oracle User Group(LVOUG), with the partnership of the Estonian user group.

Meeting is scheduled as a half-day meeting starting at lunchtime and ending with an evening reception for all attendees.
